Mathye Inc was established in October 2010. The firm was established as a vehicle to enable the community to access justice and equal protection by the law which is a key component of the current democratic dispensation in South Africa and beyond.
Mathye Inc prides itself as role player in shaping a better South Africa and world for the enjoyment of all through effective corporate responsibility. This remains an undying ethos of the firm.
The firm’s corporate responsibility vision is centered on the promotion of social values that include ubuntu, that is, social responsibility, community empowerment, employment creation, gender and racial integration, community safety and security and others.
The firm also handles a lot of claims against the Road Accident Fund on a “no win, no fee” basis. Mathye Inc has a track record of good settlements for its clients in respect of the Road Accident Fund claims it has handled.
The firm also handles a considerable volume of family law instructions ranging from divorces, domestic violence, maintenance, child custody applications and others.
